Jeffrey Mantia, MD, FAAP

A native of St. Louis, Missouri, and longtime Kalamazoo resident, Dr. Mantia received his undergraduate degree from Kalamazoo College and his medical degree from Michigan State University.  He completed his pediatric residency training at DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids.  After working in hospital-owned offices in Knoxville, Tennessee and southeast Grand Rapids, Dr. Mantia founded Grandville Pediatrics in 2001. 

While he enjoys all aspects of pediatric care, he has particular interests in sports medicine, nutrition, education, vaccine advocacy and international adoption.  He is married and has 2 sons.  His outside interests include travel, guitar, bicycling, watching movies and attending musical performances and sporting events.

 

Jenna Kamps, MSN, RN, CPNP
Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Jenna was born and raised in Grand Rapids and received her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Michigan. She worked as a registered nurse in the neonatal ICU at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital for 1 ½ years and then transferred to the Pediatric Perioperative Unit and worked there for 3 ½ years. She received her master’s in nursing and completed the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program at Wayne State University

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and their Maltese-Yorkie dog. She is a big Michigan fan and enjoys going to U of M football games in the fall. She also enjoys running, camping, kayaking, reading, and traveling.


Carah Lemmen, MSN, RN, CPNP

Carah received her nursing degree from the University of Michigan. She then worked as a Registered Nurse in the Mott Children’s Hospital PICU for a few years before returning home to West Michigan. While studying to become a Pediatric NP at Wayne State University, she worked as a float PICU/NICU nurse at DeVos Children's HospitalBefore coming to Grandville Pediatrics she worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at a pediatrician’s office in Portage, MI for 3 ½ years. 

Her favorite part of being a Pediatric NP is watching children grow up and providing education for both parents and kids. She strives to help all children be the best version of themselves. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, boating, cheering for Michigan sports (Go Blue!), and traveling. 

 

Kelly Lubbers, DNP, RN, CPNP
Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

KELLY

Kelly grew up in Grandville and received her nursing degree from Calvin College. She worked at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital for 9 years; 2 years in pediatric cardiology and nephrology, 6 years in pediatric critical care and cardiac critical care, and 1 year in the congenital heart cath lab. She received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from Grand Valley State University as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2021.

Kelly likes to spend her free time with her husband and her son. She also enjoys traveling, skiing, and boating. 



Emily Rusticus, MSN, RN, CFNP
Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

em Emily received her nursing degree from Trinity College in Palos Heights, IL. She worked at Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago for several years, and locally at Helen Devos Children's Hospital after returning to the Grand Rapids area. She received her FNP degree from St. Louis University and worked locally in a Family Practice office prior to joining Grandville Pediatrics in 2017. 

 Emily is particularly interested in newborn and infant care, but also enjoys nutrition and weight management, female adolescent concerns, and pediatric sports medicine. She lives in Grand Rapids with her husband, 4 children, and Aussie mix. She enjoys anything sports related (Go Green!), hiking, running, basketball and Netflix.
